Jude learned to wave. Hi and Bye are one in the same- but it struck me that it SHOULD be Hey. So now we say, Hey Jude! And he waves.
Jude tells me when it’s time to eat. As it turns out there is a voice in that little silent body. He pats his tummy with his hands- it’s probably not the actual sign for I’m hungry- but it’s his sign so that’s wwwaaaayyy better.
Gracen found her voice as well. Her NY voice. She told a friend this week “You know what, I don’t like you. I don’t like you at all.” It’s not funny, it’s not cute, and it’s certainly not polite- but it’s SOOOOOOOOOOOO Gracen. I will say this always. If I am half of her, I’m not that half. She’s so, east coast. So honest. So rude.
Gracen saw her first Broadway show, Mary Poppins. She’s asked to see Cinderella, Spider Man, & Annie- Oy! Vey!
Chris and Jazzy bought a house. This was exciting for many reasons, but mostly because it proves that family can live near each other and remain friends. ( I don’t have a picture of this so, enjoy this throw back)
AND last night I was surprised with my very first singing telegram. Still recovering, still in shock, highly blessed and favored; I’ll be officiating my best friends wedding.
What a week. Until next friends.
