NJ Cake Smash| Singing In The Rain

Meet Fletcher. Fletcher was one of my pandemic babies. He happened to come Earthside just as the world was falling down. At that time we did a little outdoor newborn session to welcome him into the fold. Gratefully 12 months later we were able to set up his cake smash outdoors, which was fitting given his birthday cake smash theme!

I photographed Fletcher’s big brother’s cake smash, two years ago. His big brother’s cake smash was a St.Patrick’s Day theme, complete with a rainbow and a pot of gold. So once it was Fletcher’s turn we thought, what goes best with rainbows??? Rain!

I’m so happy Fletcher’s Mom’s thought of this Singing In The Rain cake smash theme! The baby blue backdrop, clouds, and raindrops added to his special theme. I added a clear umbrella to help complete the theme. Fletcher was so darn cute in his photos!

His Mom’s brought this adorable yellow raincoat and one crown!

All the kids love to steal my light-up O-N-E letters, they never stay where I put them!

Fletcher enjoyed his homemade sky cake! My clients are so darn talented. I always suggest a cake maker- and they often build their own. I have zero cake making talents, so I’ll stick with photography.
