I love the fall. The trees, the weather, the changes.
Life is getting busier now. I’ll take it. I’ll take busy any day…
Erin visited. There was lots of talking and laughing and acting like we were when we were 6. Playing dress up in Bendel’s with jewelry, hats, and headbands. Staying up late talking about boys, and babies, and what’s next.
Watching my baby become more of a woman. Wishing I could slow time down half of the time, wishing I could speed it up some of the time.
Hoping, mostly, that she’ll always wear her rain boots and catch fall snow flakes with her tongue.
Someone did that to my car. Someone is an A**HOLE.
Still. There’s her.
Awesome little her…who puts her own shoes on. And even though they are on the wrong feet- she’s awesome for trying every single day to get it right. Standing in her pajamas at 7am, outside in the sandbox, saluting the sun.

If only the world could stop for a momement and remember what it was like to be a child and enjoy the wonders of God’s creations.
That was a great post. I love how you captured the true essence of Gracen. She is such a wonder. God has given us a real lively, loving spirit. I thank him for his gift.
