Preschool Round 2. The first day of school is the one holiday every parent can agree on as both bitter and sweet. Whether it’s their first first day, or their last first day , or their first day in every year in between, it’s a highly emotional transition for both parent and child. To make this year special Sunny picked out her own dress, necklace, and bracelet. She choose new sparkle hair ties and wanted to wear her Cinderella high heels- before I forced her into crocks.
After school we took a few shots with her little brother- who was less than thrilled to be dragged out onto the porch for yet another miraculous event in his big sisters life. In this household, if Sunny breathes correctly, we clap and cheer- look at how beautifully she breathes air!!!!!! But don’t let his little smirk fool you- I’m a one woman cheering squad for that little boy!
We’re soaking up the last little bits of summer. I know, I know, LET IT GO!!!!!MOVE ON!!! I can’t. Not yet. I won’t- it’s like a bad break up.
