Family and Newborn Photography
As a family and newborn photographer I have the pleasure of photographing new families in their homes. There is a certain magic that happens during an in home newborn session. I am able to get a feel of the family based on their home, the colors they choose, and the life they live. It creates an intimate setting where there is an exchange of energy and comfort. That is exactly what you need for great photography! Family and newborn photography is my specialty. I’m most happy when I’m working with a family that I’ll have the pleasure of seeing grow and grow up too! Soft pinks, lots of bright white furs, and touches of color, this session speaks to my heart.
About Cora
Little Miss Cora is a beauty. Show stealing blue eyes, creamy skin, and a sweet demeanor, Cora is a spitting image of her stunning Mama. Cora is her parents first little one. This session is such an expression of their love. With two fur siblings, Cora is protected at all times. We spent a rainy morning together trying to convince her that it was okay to close those eyes. Parents often worry when baby won’t sleep during a session but I love when they look right into my lens! That’s the face of the human you’ll know for a lifetime. Plus you could get lost in Cora’s eyes couldn’t you?
Family and newborn photography is the most fun when I get to watch new parents, parent. Adding the dogs to the family bed was just a bonus. There is one dark shot of just the puppies on the bed that tells a deeper story of rescue and love. Imagine growing up with a wide open heart in a home with all the warmth that you can handle. I could have posted a million shots of this lovely young family, but I think these will give you a good idea of their family and newborn photography session.
